Drop N’ Swap Food Truck Vendor Registration

Gwinnett County Fairgrounds, October 14th 7A-7P Arm Bands will be given to all entrants. Bands must be worn at all times and allow same day re-entry. 

STEP 1: PAY FOR YOUR SPOT.

Food Truck Fees: $100 or $150 with power hookup. Food truck entrants are given one extra band (2 total). Additional bands $5 each.

STEP 2: READ AND AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING:

Food truck vendors must meet all current health code requirements issued by the state and local health departments. A copy of your ServSafe Certificate MUST be displayed in your food truck.

Food Truck Requirements:
1. Must be a food truck.
2. Max size is 26ft long x 7 ft wide.
3. No disposal of liquids on Fairgrounds permitted.
4. ONLY food items and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. Alcohol at the Fairgrounds is strictly prohibited.
5. Power is limited and first come, first serve. Power must be added at the point of registration and will not be available to add the day of the event.
6. No loud generators permitted, 69 decibels or less.
7. Food trucks must be inside the event grounds by 10A. Please email ahead of time for any needs: dropnswapga@gmail.com.
8. NO drugs, pets or firearms allowed on the property!
9. Food truck vendors are not permitted to leave their trucks unattended
10. We reserve the right to remove any vendor refusing the abide by the rules of the Fairground, or stated in this application. Any rude or lewd behavior will not be tolerated.
11. Drop N’ Swap now any affiliates are not responsible for any sales or negotiation of sales. Transactions are solely between the seller and buyer only.
12. By completing this application, I release rights to Drop N’ Swap and all event organizers and hosts to use any media of me or my business for marketing purposes.

Only approved applicants are permitted to be at the Fairgrounds dispensing food and beverages.

If weather becomes a factor, the show will be postponed, and credit will be given for a new show date. Refunds will not be given for no shows the day of the event. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please reach out via email so we can resolve.

All food truck vendor fees must be paid in full by September 25th, 2023, in order to secure your spot. We will limit the number of food trucks so everyone can make money. Spots are first come, first serve. A spot is reserved when we receive both your application and payment.

VENDOR PROMOTION
We will include vendors on our website and promotional materials. If you would like to send us your logo, website, and sentence about your business, we will get it up on our website and social media ASAP. Email to dropnswapga@gmail.com.
