DROP N’ SWAP SPONSORSHIP GUIDELINES

Thank you so much for considering a sponsorship with us! We strive to be the largest swap meet in the country for sellers offering parts they no longer need to a community of auto lovers who are searching for these hard-to-find, rare and common parts.

Your sponsorship or donation will not only help us provide an incredible experience to our show goers but will provide much-needed funds to compassionate charities in the local area, and get you front and center with the thousands of enthusiastic minitruck and lowrider car fans that will come through the gate and check us out online!

Event Information:
Gwinnett County Fairgrounds October 15th 9A-5P and October 16th 9A-3P

We offer three tiers of sponsorships:


Donation to our Charity Raffle
A donation can be made of your products or services to the Charity Raffle. All proceeds will go to a local charity organization announced at the event. Your name and donation will be announced by the DJ during the raffle, as well as promotional materials for the raffle. Your name/logo will also be placed on our promotional materials including t-shirts, website blurb, and social media. We also allow up to two promotional materials provided by you to be displayed at the event.

$100 Sponsor
A sponsorship at this level will include your name/logo on our promotional materials including t-shirts, website blurb, and social media. We also allow up to two promotional materials provided by you to be displayed at the event.

$200 Sponsor
A sponsorship at this level will include your name/logo on our promotional materials including t-shirts, website blurb, and social media. We also allow up to four promotional materials provided by you to be displayed at the event. In addition, the DJ will announce your sponsorship throughout the event. 

Sponsors must apply and pay by September 1st to be included in promotional materials including fliers and t-shirts. 

If weather becomes a factor, the event may be cancelled the day of the actual event. In such cases, the show will be postponed, and credit will be given for a new show date.

By completing the form below, I give rights to Drop N’ Swap and all event organizers and hosts to use my logo and/or picture in promotional products for this event.
